INTRODUCTION TO CONTEMPORARY TOURISM
Wildlife and the natural world are significant components of modern tourism. Over the past ten or so years, nature-based tourism has had the fastest growth. The objectives of nature-based tourism are to offer environmentally responsible travel experiences that benefit the natural world, as well as the economy, society, and culture. The development of the tourism industry depends heavily on environmental conservation. Public funds are provided to tourist attractions for the upkeep of its services and infrastructure. However, a lack of funding is a problem for many tourist locations. To preserve tourist destinations and improve their natural features, significant funding is required. The management of tourist attractions has always been concerned with raising money.
